Introducing The All-New LumiCon Microweather Node
In a few of our past blog posts, we mentioned that the LumiCon is now expanding beyond the realm of concrete and moving towards becoming a complete end-to-end solution for the entire construction job site. Part of that expansion includes the introduction of LumiCon Job Site Sensors, an innovative solution consisting of small devices that are capable of monitoring a multitude of job site parameters, including temperature, humidity, wind speed, gases, and air quality. Job Site Sensors give project managers even more visibility into their construction sites, allowing them to better ensure the safety and efficiency of their workforce and machinery. It also helps construction companies reduce their project insurance premiums by reducing risks. So what exactly are those devices? Well, here’s a first look:
The LumiCon Microweather Node is an all-in-one device that packs multiple sensors within its rugged enclosure. It can be mounted anywhere in and around the construction site and instantly begins collecting and transmitting data once it’s turned on. No need for complicated setup procedures or placement limitations. Simply mount the Microweather Node anywhere you like and begin monitoring crucial job site parameters. Plus, with intelligent battery management capabilities, the Microweather Node can operate well beyond the total time of any construction project.
